Packing List:
The purpose of this document is to provide a list of items that all students should bring and should not bring on the overseas trip.

Core Requirements:
Backpack or other large bag to carry essential items (bag with wheels is not suitable)
2-4 pairs of pants/jeans (shorts need to reach your knees if you want to wear them)
5-6 t-shirts (no thin strappy, or sleeveless shirts)
6 pairs of socks (higher than your shoes are preferable as it will help to avoid blisters)
1 water bottle
2 pairs of shoes (close-toed)
1 shower shoes (flip flops, sandals etc)
1 flashlight
Journal and 2 pens
Personal toiletries (deodorant, glasses, contacts, toothbrush/paste, shampoo, soap etc - low odor)
Personal medications (please advise staff if you take medications)
Other medications (motion sickness, laxatives etc)
Baby Wipes (for a quick clean or hand washing)
Bug Spray
Hand sanitizer
Sunscreen
Tissue/toilet tissue (there will not be any provided)
Umbrella or rain jacket

Helpful, but not Required
Camera with charger or extra batteries
Charger cord
Snacks (granola bars, raisins, trail mix etc
Powdered drink mixes
Plastic bags for dirty clothes
